Varied Classes
We offer a wide range of mens and women only classes including HIIT, Strength, Muay Thai, BJJ, Gymnastics fundamentals, body tone and so much more. If joining a class is daunting for you rest assured, we offer complete beginner levels in all classes, from 18 months to adult. This is your sign to try something new!
Open Gym
Functional weight training, with separate men’s and women’s sessions available. Includes our personalised rig with weight bars, battle ropes, wall balls, monkey bars, rings and much more.
