Over 10 years ago, our founder, Marrilyn, wanted to provide a positive alternative to care where both those receiving support and those providing support felt respected, with a sense of choice, control and independence.

She wanted to see service users receiving the quality, consistent care they deserved, as well as helping the carers themselves achieve a better work-life balance with better pay for the dedicated support they were providing. So, along came Hub Care Support.

We first started off with just a handful of Personal Support Assistants supporting their local community and now, 10+ years later are proud to have launched several local Hub branches around the UK.

We make finding consistent, quality care simple.

Finding home support for yourself or a loved one shouldn’t be daunting. Our experienced team take away any fear, confusion or hassle by personally speaking with every person who comes to us for help. We take the time to understand your individual wants and needs, and then introduce you to fully trained, QCAS approved independent Personal Support Assistants who can help you.

Then it’s totally up to you! You choose who you think would best suit you, the type of support you would like, how often you would like it and when. We believe you should have control over the support you receive and there should never be any compromise on quality.
