The upgrade includes;

A brand new large functional zone with loads of new equipment. From slam balls, bags, ab matts, kettlebells, Nordic curl machine, specific glute bridge benches to a prowler track, erg bikes and ski ergs. Giving you more ways to work out.

Large free weights area with mega rig, 13 lifting rigs, 9 platforms for Olympic lifting, over 22 free weight benches, 17 barbells with a mixture of grip in both 15kg and 20kg weights and a wide selection of bumper plates. Plus additional plate loaded kit to help take your workouts to the next level

Large studio with classes included in your membership price and are available every week if you fancy working out with a gym buddy or in groups

Large cardio area with state-of-the art technology screens allowing you to access the internet. Also includes virtual workout sessions where you can run, cycle and climb locations around the world from the comfort of PureGym Milton Keynes Winterhill.

Our gym in Milton Keynes is open 24 hours a day and has free parking for your convenience. There is no contract when you join. Upgrade to PLUS to get access to 3 gyms in Milton Keynes (Milton Keynes Kingston Centre opening soon) where you can bring a buddy 4 times a month, book classes 14 days in advance and have access to sports water and massage bed.
