Standing proud within the shopping centre, The Centre MK, for its fantastic product range and knowledgeable, friendly staff, the Milton Keynes Charles Clinkard store has stood on Midsummer Boulevard since 2000. Ran by Oliver, the store offers a wide range of men’s, women’s, boys and girls footwear and accessories, and a specialist fitting service.

Four Multi Storey car parks surround The Centre MK, offering convenient pay and display parking. The Centre MK also houses The Point, a bus hub linking a network of frequent bus services to the centre, as well as the nearby Milton Keynes Railway Station (10 minutes by bus).

About the Area

Just 45 minutes North West of London, the large town of Milton Keynes is home to Bletchley Park, the mansion which housed British code breakers in World War Two. Captained by Alan Turing, the Enigma code was famously cracked here, greatly helping the war effort. Ten minutes on foot from the Milton Keynes Charles Clinkard store is one of the UK’s largest indoor ski slopes which famously contained the first ‘real snow’ slope in the country. Also home to the first multiplex cinema in the UK (1985), the world’s first operational computer (developed in Bletchley Park in the 1940s) and the first fast food drive-thru outlet in the UK, definitely worth a visit in the town is the exciting Bletchley Park. Alternatively unleash your adventurous side and take a snowboarding lesson on Snozone’s chilly slopes. Following a successful shopping trip, go grab yourself some veggie meatballs in the Ikea restaurant – a three minute drive or 15 minute walk from the store, or relax with one of their coffees and a wedge of their heavenly Swedish Daim cake.
